Rainbow Bubble Background

The maker of the background I used for my journal skin told me to delete my deviation or they'd report me (even though they never would have known if I didn't tell them), so I decided to make a background of my own so I don't have to credit them anyway ^___^

Check the colours, size and stripe width, they're all different from the other deviation lol!!!
