My Gryphon for 
Aery Name: Grandesque
Character Name: Kailani Seagle (Addressed as Miss Seagle)
Character Species Combination: White Bellied Sea Eagle (Juvenile stage) [link] / Snow Leopard [link]

Character Personality: Kailani, or Miss Seagle as she is commonly addressed, is one of the most beloved and respected young gryphons of Grandesque.
She is from a very wealthy upper class family, and as such, behaves accordingly.
However, throughout her time as a young Grandesque, she learns their hidden politics and beliefs the hard way.
Update, hopefully I have improved enough to do half decent art for windsonde challenges e_e
Oh and by the way, her rear end is a duller brown, when she gets older it will change into a more grey snow leopard colour.
Critiques are welcome. I realise I'm terrible at colouring, any tips would be appreciated.

My, she's adorable! The forelegs in particular are quite well-done, I think. I can't do gryphon hands half that well.
Umm, critique. Right. Feel free to ignore me if this turns out to be totally irrelevant.
If I had to pick something, even though it's a ref sheet, which doesn't always need shading, I'd suggest working a little on that. The way you have it going, the body appears to be almost pillow-shaded, whereas the wings seem to have the light source coming from above. If you were to simply darken the shadows underneath the wings and body, it might make her seem a little more tangible. Also, as Freakorama1 mentioned, a little more shadow on the tip of her tail probably wouldn't hurt.
If all you were looking for were coloring suggestions, she looks pretty good there. Maybe a little transition between the gray and brown areas of the wings, but that's totally up to you.
All that being said, I honestly think she looks perfectly fine (and awfully cuddly) as is, but that's my input if you're looking to improve. Good luck with the war event in Windsonde!
